Who we are

Indigo Organizing (Amanda Jefferson LLC, DBA Indigo Organizing) is based in West Chester, PA. We create digital tools, courses, and resources to help busy women clear digital chaos and get tech working for them, not against them.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to make our products work:

• Your email address and password — used to create and authenticate your account via Firebase Auth (Google). We never see your password in plain text.
• Your content and data — notes, entries, and any other information you add to our tools. This is stored in Firestore (Google's cloud database) so it syncs across all your devices.
• Basic usage data — last login date, which Firebase records automatically as part of running authentication.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or payment information. Payments are handled entirely by SamCart.

How we use your data

Your data is used for one thing: making our products work for you. Your email and password let you log in from any device. Your data syncs to the cloud so it's available wherever you are. Nothing is used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral analytics.

Who can see your data

Your data is private to you. We do not view, access, or share your personal data for any reason other than resolving a technical issue you've asked us to help with.

Your data is never viewed, accessed, or used by Indigo Organizing unless you specifically ask for help with a technical problem and give permission to look.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

Third-party services we use

• Firebase Authentication — handles your login. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Cloud Firestore — stores your data, encrypted at rest and in transit on Google's infrastructure. Google's privacy policy applies.
• SamCart — processes payments. We never see or store your card information. SamCart's privacy policy applies.

How your data is protected

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google's infrastructure. Your data is protected by security rules so only you — when signed into your account — can read or write your own data. Other users cannot access your account.

Your rights

• Export your data — email us and we'll pull your data and send it to you.
• Delete your account — email us and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
• Update your email — contact us and we'll help you update your login.

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR — including the right to access, correct, restrict, or port your data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Your data stays in Firebase for as long as you have an active account. If you request deletion, we'll remove it within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our products are designed for adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, send a heads-up to your registered email. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you've accepted the updated policy.

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact hello@indigoorganizing.com within 7 days so we can help you resolve it.

License

All Indigo Organizing products — including interactive tools, courses, and digital resources — are licensed for personal use only by the registered purchaser or account holder. You may not share your login credentials, copy, redistribute, resell, or use any product for commercial purposes without written permission from Amanda Jefferson LLC.

No warranty

All products are provided as-is. Amanda Jefferson LLC makes no guarantees about uptime, data retention, results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use them as helpful resources, not mission-critical systems.

Changes to products

We may update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time. We'll do our best to give advance notice of significant changes, but we reserve the right to make updates without prior notice.

What belongs to Indigo Organizing

All Indigo Organizing products — including tools, courses, and digital resources, along with their design, code, structure, features, and written content — are the original work of Amanda Jefferson LLC and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

Purchasing access to any product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

What you may not do

• Share your login credentials with others
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or recreate any product or any part of it
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to any product
• Use any product or its underlying code for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices or branding

What belongs to you

Your content is yours. The data, notes, and information you add to any of our products remain your property. Indigo Organizing claims no ownership over anything you create or store.
